Philosophical Mindful Meditative Journaling
I wrote these journals to take you on a journey to listen to your own inner guidance. I got very tired of listening to others tell me what I should do, misunderstanding me or missing the mark in their advice, no matter what their qualifications were or experience, somehow it never felt right for me. I found myself tiring of talk therapy, self help books and gurus who I spent hours of time with and left not really feeling heard or understood on a deep level. After journaling for 30 years, I started doing it more consciously, yet more meditatively, asking myself the questions I wanted to ask and listening to my own inner voice and here I found my answers. It's self therapy, self help in its truest form, inner self guidance. These workbooks simply set the stage for that journey, invite you to give yourself the time, to sit and learn about yourself. The clear result is - a more authentic self development program that you design yourself.
